Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Estimated delivery times begin once an order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and destination. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before the purchase is completed.

Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping is available, rates, delivery times, duties, taxes, and customs fees may vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue when possible.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
